In retirement, Lapp learned the skill of fraktur art (illuminated manuscripts) and created nearly 500 pieces, most of which were given as gifts. This file contains a record of the frakturs Lapp made and for whom, as well as a few examples of his work. Larger examples are in flat box 62 and framed pieces in flat file drawers. |
