Description |
A child's machine made underskirt comprised of black silk. There is a self-fabric waistband and is he underskirt is gored . there is cartridge pleating at the attachment of a the skirt panel. A low yoke is also created by a machine stitched seam. There are six very thinly folded pintucks near the hem. There is a self-fabric flounce attached to the hem that also has three pintucks along the edge. There are snaps at the back of the waistband, and there is evidence that the waistband has been altered, probably taken in. |
