Description |
A ladies machine made underskirt comprised of plain black cotton and panels of broderie anglaise. The skirt is gored and lies flat until about knee length, where a second panel has been attached. The flounced panel is comprised of a flounce of broderie, embroidered and eyelet trim with a scalloped edge. The petticoat has an inset waistband with a drawstring closure made out of black cotton tape string. |
