Description |
A ladies hat made out of brown silk faille. The brim sits high above the face with rouched self-fabric on the interior of the brim and there is a bendable unknown rod inserted into the rim of the brim. The brim meets an a folded overlaid ribbon which acts as the attachment of the crown. The crown is softly pleated extending up to the top of the crown where there is a rouched flounce. Attached to the sides of the flounce are two cream silk satin ribbon bows,with remnants of white aigrette feathers inserted into the knot on the proper left side bow. At the off center back of the flounce there is a slate grey silk moire ribbon bow. The bonnet is lined in glazed cotton. |
