Description |
A ladies square handkerchief made out of handspun bleached plain weave linen. In the upper right corner there is the cross-stitched name "MRS. CHAS. H.E." in red cotton. In the upper left corner there is a "L" shaped drawn work detail. There are three modified cross designs also embroidered in red cotton; one is almost centered and two smaller motifs are embroidered closer to the lower corners. |
