Description |
An infant's handstitched dress made out of a bleached cotton batiste. There is high, slight rounded neckline, with a rounded yoke and on the front side, there are six pintucks decorating the yoke. The sleeves are constructed out of the same panel, but are short and almost puffed, with some gathering at the cuff. At the attachment of the skirt to the yoke, there is cartridge pleating, and the skirt descends down wide, with a wide hem that creates an opaque panel. At the back, starting from the neckline and descending down to almost midway is a button placket, comprised of four buttonholes, but only 1 button is left intact. |
